Non-custom items:

Standard: 3 - 4 Business Days

Overnight: 1 Business Day

 

Custom-made items:

10-15 Business Days for production . Once customs are complete , shipping from the warehouse can take anywhere between 7-14 business days +the shipping option customer chose.

 

What is your return policy?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL!! If your order arrives damaged please email us at theicehousecollectioninfo@gmail.com and we will fix your order ASAP. We must be notified within 24 hours of delivery of any defective jewelry issues (ex: broken clasp, missing,loose gems).

 

How do I change or cancel an order?

Once an order is processed we cannot cancel or changed.

 

USPS has not delivered my package, when will I receive my order?

If your package is delayed or held by USPS please contact your local post office to find out more information on your package. The ICE House Collection is not responsible for any delays, lost or stolen packages. It is the customers responsibility to file a claim with USPS. 

 

 Do you allow local pickups?

The ICE House Collection does not allow local pickups all items must be made online only!! No exemptions!!

 

Is your jewelry made with real gold/silver?

 We offer 10k/14k/18k Solid Gold, .925 sterling silver, 18k PVD Gold Plated. We use real 14-18k gold on our plated products as well. We strive to provide the best quality of jewelry all the time. Our products are 5 times PVD coated in 18k Gold, which is the highest quality of plating method available. We believe in our quality so much, that we provide lifetime guarantee if kept up as directed.

 

How Long Is Shipping ?

Please allow 2 business days for your order to be processed.

Please check order to make sure everything is correct before checking out. If something is wrong or needs to be changed please notify us within 24 hours after submitting your order. Once order is shipped The ICE House can no longer change the order.
